MacGregor previously spent 23 years with Schlumberger in a succession of leadership positions involving global operational activities. These included President Drilling Group, President Characterization Group, Area President for Europe and Africa, President of Wireline and Vice President of Human Resources.

She holds a master鈥檚 degree in engineering from 脡cole Centrale Paris, France and brings proven executive experience, a strategic and results-driven mindset and a focus on business development and innovation.
